This is a FREE community event designed to encourage healthy lifestyles, prevent and manage disease and connect you to resources.  We want to:

• • Increase health awareness, provide screenings, educational information and related activities,

• • Increase awareness of local, state and national health services & resources,

• • Motivate individuals to make positive health behavior changes, and

• • Teach self-care practices
