JUNETEENTH CELEBRATION 2026

The Upgrade Ministry and Abiding Truth Ministries seeks to help the community reach its highest potential in the areas of finances, careers, home improvement and neighborhood unity using biblical principles and a collective effort. In June 2026, we will bring our people together to celebrate our common heritage of endurance, strength and resilience. The Upgrade Ministry is bringing the Juneteenth Celebration to Southwest Philadelphia. We will introduce programs through which we will collectively upgrade our youth, our careers, and our neighborhoods. Come learn about Rebuilding Together Coalition, Upgrading Our Youth, and the Speaking Blessings Language Program.

This is a perfect opportunity for those with a passion and commitment to improving our community.
We are currently seeking volunteers to serve in a variety of roles.

The Upgrade Ministry helps people to upgrade in the areas of finances, careers, home improvement and neighborhood unity using biblical principles and a collective effort.

At the Juneteenth Celebration, the Upgrade Ministry will introduce programs in which we collectively upgrade our youth, our careers, and our neighborhoods. Come learn about the Youth Leadership Contest, the Career Advancement Network, our Career Advancement Handbook and the Rebuilding Together Coalition.
